An induction sealing wad sits inside the cap. When the capped container passes under an induction sealer, the foil layer heats and bonds to the container lip. The result is an airtight, leak-proof, tamper-evident seal. Poly Seals makes induction wads for PET jar makers, HDPE bottle and can makers, and closure manufacturers. Every wad is cut to your neck size and laminated in-house.

Die-cut to your cap’s inner diameter, from small pharma and dropper caps to wide-mouth jars. Common sizes include 28, 33, 38, 45, 53, 63, 70, 83, 89 and 100 mm. Custom sizes on request.

What’s the difference between one-piece and two-piece wads?
A one-piece wad seals completely to the lip and is removed whole. A two-piece wad leaves a backing liner in the cap for resealing.
Will your wad work on my PET or HDPE container?
The heat-seal layer is matched to the container material. We send samples to test on your line first.
What is the minimum order?
