From foam sheet to finished seal, every step is done in our two units at Eachanari, Coimbatore. That lets us control quality and make each seal to the cap and neck you use.
Foam extrusion
We extrude our own polyethylene foam sheet: single-layer, and three-layer co-extruded with expanded PE foam between two solid LDPE skins.

Lamination
Induction wads are laminated in-house. A single-piece induction liner combines a heat-seal layer (for HDPE, LDPE or PET), aluminium foil, EPE foam and polyester.
Die-cutting
Wads, liners and ring gaskets are punched to your size, with clean edges and flat parts that feed well on capping lines.
- Induction wads: common sizes 28, 33, 38, 45, 53, 63, 70, 83, 89 and 100 mm; custom sizes on request
- EPE liners and rings: 18 mm to 120 mm diameter, 0.5 mm to 3 mm thick
- Ring gaskets made to your drawing (ID, OD, thickness)
