Poly Seals is a Coimbatore manufacturer of sealing materials for rigid packaging. Since 2015 we have made induction sealing wads, EPE cap liners, EPE ring gaskets and EPE foam sheets in our two units at Eachanari.
Our customers are PET jar, HDPE bottle and cap manufacturers, and pump and closure makers, including multinational packaging companies.
Technical competence
- One roof: foam extrusion, lamination and punching are all done in-house, so we control the foam sheet as well as the finished wad
- Made to your size: wads and liners are die-cut to your cap and neck finish, from small pharma caps to wide-mouth jars
- Sampling first: samples are tested on your container before bulk supply
- Drawings welcome: for ring gaskets, share your ID, OD and thickness and we sample to it
